Meet Michael James
FOUNDER
Michael James — known as “MJ” — is an experienced executive with over 25 years in the Real Estate and Financial Services industry. As a senior operations and account leader, he has directed enterprise business solution initiatives focused on improving efficiency, productivity, and customer experience, including executive oversight of a top-producing consumer direct call center channel.
His solution-focused, customer-centric approach to program management has resulted in the contract expansion of every client engagement he has ever managed — a track record built on advising, training, guiding organizational change, and delivering measurable results.
Beyond business, MJ spent 13 years serving at-risk youth through financial education life skills programs and leads his own non-profit, the Regular Fellows Foundation. A former nationally ranked, Division I track athlete, he brings the same ethics, leadership, and commitment to every client relationship.
